The drug wars have caused immigration. Obviously. There's so much money in it because of prohibition.
Not exactly. There's so much money in the drug trade because of demand. That makes the question of prohibition vs. legalization irrelevant, because the suppliers will always find a way to meet demand.

Get rid of the demand, and you will bankrupt the suppliers. But we can't do that because we're too "woke" these days.
