I remember your post stated that they have to disclose within 10 days for greater than 5% ownership. Can they purchased more during the 10 days ? Another filing will be needed only if they reach another percentage requirement ?

Once the 5% level is reached, the clock starts ticking. They can keep buying during the interim until the 13G is due, but the 13G must be accurate as of the time it is filed.
