Peg, ATCI does look very good. I am looking at the chart and the vol. Seems like there are two themes at play: FDA approval and
ATCI as a takeover target.

Yet you're right about institutional buy in... Heartland also just purchased a million shares and they are also partners with Ciba VIsion. Someone posted that they are meeting with the FDA tomorrow from 1-6 pm. we may not actually hear until tomorrow evening. Trading
may also be halted when they are meeting with the FDA
