Jim a different take on AAPL's CEO

The board started in September with six candidates and has now diligently whittled the list down to five ? ; You can believe they like it like it is :

"Citing "close advisers," the Journal reported that Jobs is increasingly likely to officially become Apple's (AAPL) CEO,
especially if he can hire a team of lieutenants to run the company day to day.

The Journal said it's "known" that a search team is hunting for a senior vice president and may already have a candidate -- Mitch Mandich, the company's senior vice president for sales..."
