margret, the Ciba shares were purchased last year not recently. I wish i knew more about the technology though they have some heavy hitters behind them. Margret are you sure Dawson filed this week(not97)???

Peg you go girl! Did I ever tell you that you have learned quite a lot about TA from when we first met in Annapolis? I'm glad one of us did. I think Sergio and I will stick to the FA (no offense Sergio.), and nice people like you can supply the TA.

On a quick scan over ATCI looks pretty good. I will try to take a longer look later. I'm way behind. My computer is no longer my friend.
Looks like I might have to take it to a computer doctor.

I just wanted to offer an alternative viewpoint on ATCI. The stock closed back inside of the daily and weekly bollinger bands today and I think it has downside risk to at least 5 3/8 and possibly 5. The stochastic and RSI are showing a loss of upward momentum and a down cycle is probable. I don't think ATCI is a good buy at 6 from a risk to reward perspective but it does look like a good buy at 5 1/4 or 5 3/8.
