Peg regarding the filings on ATCI, I think they were all purchased previously. I might be wrong and hopefully Mike or Sergio can double check to make sure. I believe the last filing should have been a 13 G/A not 13 G. In the filing they made reference to Pequot. They were already listed as having shares as late as 9/97. The S 3 filing in January has me cautiously concerned. Even though it states that it doesn't mean they are going to sell, they can on the open market. Included in those shares are CIBA VISION for up to 1.265,550 shares. I believe it totals about 3.8 million shares. I didn't add them up. Pequot filed to sell 135k of the 730K that they own. I've got to believe that this would add pressure to upward price movement. I love the short interest, barely any. Sorry this is all I had time for. I don't read as fast as Sergio <g>.
