Mr. DeAngelis:

Chill out cowboy. Mr. Pink was absent from the thread for several days during which time the stock plummeted nearly 20%. No "lies or innuendo" just silence. Furthermore, no borrows were available and most sales were not on upticks and thus were longs bailing out of the stock. Desperate people typically blame "the shorts" for trashing their company or currency. Remember the president of Malaysia blaming his fiscal woes on George Soros? Or as Mr. Clemenza pointed out the crooked SOV management blaming the shorts for the collapse of their stock.

Nobody is greater than the market. If the securities were indeed undervalued, don't you think a financial institution, say Capital Factors or another specialty finance company would acquire the company?

By the way, while Mr. Pink did not Himself dial into the conference call, one of His affiliates did patch Him in. His affiliate was not permitted to ask many questions that were provided by Mr. Pink. That is why Mr. Pink is holding His press conference today. To publicly ask questions of management which were not addressed on the call. No innuendo or name calling--just facts and unanswered questions.

First and foremost Mr. Pink promises to make people money and all He asks is that people donate some of the money they make to charity. If you read His thread you would know that there a quite a few individuals richer for the experience of researching and acting on His ideas. As for Mr. Pink's brief retirement, it is much like Michael Jordon's "retirement" from basketball and numerous boxer's "retirement" from boxing (remember how many times Mohamed Ali, George Foreman, Sugar Ray etc. "retired") All of these greats came back by popular demand because they felt a duty to return the love expressed by their fans.

Now, Mr. DeAngelis, don't forget to take your medication and try to get some sleep. There are better things to do at 1:21 than stew over your ACRT losses and blame Mr. Pink for your difficulties.

Cheer up and when you are ready and, if you promise to give some money to charity, Mr. Pink will help you to find better investments in the future.

Relax, everything is going to be just fine.

Dr. Pink
