Milk, Thanks for posting the info. I'm assuming there was no response regarding the nature of the reg-s itself (convertible,floorless etc) or when they would actually submit a filing. As for the buyout, I thought it was cheesy that it would even be mentioned in a news re- lease. My personal opinion was that it was only mentioned to mollify the participants of this thread.I think public companies should stick to facts in their news releases and not these carrot on a stick references to things that might happen. That's not information. Do you know what sort of staff is on at cvia right now? Is it just Jack Arnold? I've sent an e-mail asking some of this and have not received a response, regards,p.b.
