Hi Elroy.

Nope he'd take that money in a heartbeat and buy a 26 week note, called the first point profit and given the rest to a depositor. Maybe a half point if he wanted to grow deposits.

The local bank does not post this, but they pay 3% on deposits and offer free checking to big sticky depositors.
