Looks like a done deal now that it's broken 70. With Dollar rising and more worries about global deflation/recession I would expect $60 or less to get hit at some pt. OPEC "cuts" will likely be tested by the market to see if they actual abide by them, either way takes time and we should have inventory builds for the first half of this year still.

Select energy stocks are shorts on any good bounce here. Doubt we get back to the breakdown on XOP, but if we close today's gap that would be a decent entry pt.

Look at the rounded top on PXD to name 1 on the weekly and that's considered a good player w/in the space. Retest of 200 would be a nice entry. Some of the smaller OS stocks (oih components) would also be a nice area.

I've been targeting that $65 oil level for months. Makes me wonder if either it never happens or it over shoots and goes even lower.
