Dang-it Dough, we are tired of these proxy messages. Get the dang computer fixed or let us know if we all have to kick in a few bucks to get you a new computer. ................tired in Des Moines!, and guess proxy better than no-proxy at all.

TYL

Since I have been reporting institutional selling in Tyler Corp, I
feel I should also report some institutional buying which is going on.

Additionally, I believe that in some of my prior posts, I have been
referring to these sales as 'Insider Selling'. This would be in
error as the administrators of these funds are not officers of Tyler
Corporation. My apologies for the error.

On 12 Feb 98, White Rock Capital, Inc submitted a form SC 13D and
reported that over the last 60 days they have expended about
$3,478,301 to acquire about 680,000 shares of Tyler Corporation in
the following transactions, which brings them to a total of 1,306,700
shares (5.95%):

Further, on 10 Feb 98, there was an SC 13G submission by Dimensional
Fund Advisors, Inc. stating that they are now a 5.32% owner of Tyler
Corp stock. It was not clear as to when this happened, but they
appear to have recently acquired about 776,800 shares, for a total of
1,155,300 shares.

Doug-- For the sake of historical accuracy I brought GLUX to Sergio's attention. I found it on my modification of a James Anderson scan. There is a possibility that Carole S. listed it before me and just as she was becoming brilliant on these threads. But.......it was Sergio who realized that it was a gem and made money on it while some of us continued our academic propensities. FWIW, Myron

P.S. When are you coming BBBBBBAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK. You are greatly missed.
