Mark, Innovex is an interesting company though I have never really contemplated an investment there and so don't feel qualified to answer. Adflex shot themselves in the foot with the acquisition of Xyratex's flex business a couple of years ago and I havent stayed current with them since then to really comment. In general I think HTCH is wide open to competition to their TSA as they continue to struggle with the manufacturing costs. The more the delay the wider the door is open for the competitors. You may also want to note that Read-Rite is apparently getting into this business with their start up called Rite-Flex. Best, Stitch
