Frosty, I am trying to psychoanalyze previous, current and future Vivus investors. The lack of a commensurable fee doesn't help but
I'll give it a try anyway.
Another very low vol day and it will probably set a new record.I conclude:
-very few are buying AND selling.
-the lack of buying means that
-the little guy is confused pellet v. pill.
-his broker told him that Vivus is " too volatile " , " stay out
of it now ", " till we see what happens ".
-the biggest holders ( ~67 %? ) we know are Institutions and at
this time whoever is in is in and whoever had to sell did so
already.
-old investors who sold out at a loss are reluctant to come back in
until there are some more positive news ( MCA and FDA approval)
-everybody is freaked out by Billy and Asia.

So what is a poor Vivus investor to do? GG.

Well here is a suggestion:
-do your homework.
-be patient.
-keep a close look on things.
-at this time a lot of one's money should be in cash IMHO.

TA
PS: one cautionary note: Vivus may not lend itself well to technical analysis.Comments welcomed.

Frosty, had my occasional talk with my trusted neighborhood pharmacist. MUSE STILL in strong demand and refills are keeping up. Most new prescriptions are now 500 to 100- mcg. STILL having problems from wholesaler getting the product asked him if he knew anything about Viagra, answer no only what's in the papers, supposed to come out. I asked his opinion re systemic drug to treat local problem and he too says he has a hard time visualizing that Viagra will be the magic pill for ED.
