James: I think they should make themselves available to the public as they are a public entity. Mr. Raabe has experience with the way releases affect stock as he had to endure the SEC investigation of another company for ills of the previous management.

There could be little doubt as to the reaction to the News Releases. What was the purpose of the releases if not to reach the investing public. After all they did pay to release them...correct?

Openess will help them shed light on their plans as well as defeat any bogus information that may be harmful to their cause.

I say shame on Mr. Raabe... He put out an announcement designed to entice investors, everyone who bought based on that announcement and the posts about Hall of Famers, etc, lost a lot of money and they want information, he can't blame them.

When you are a public company, the public is entitled to information, Steve's stonewalling about this deal would naturally raise suspicions. People who are now looking at their losses want some reassurance that this isn't a pump and dump. It looks suspiciously like one, IMO
