I think your numbers are out of line

1) I don't understand why you minuS $3 per share for asssuming debt, the company assumes debt of 300mm and then pays interest on it. I don't see that as a dilution.

The way to figure this would be if 300 mil is 19% than 100% would=1578 plus 300=1878 total cap. An additional 19% of shares would be 15mil or total of 94 mil. 1878/94= $19.9 per share.

HOWEVER if we take the lesser number of 15% the numbers are

if 300mm =15% then 100%= 2b plus 300mm =2.3b total cap. An additional 15% of shares=11.9mm or total of 91 mil. 2.3b/91= $24 a share.

I further don't understand why the potential buyers or takeovers don't grab this oppurtuninty in grabbing a 20% stake.
