Rewrite your posts involving Putin and Russia and remove all mind-reading. Direct quotes complete with context are allowed but even then, caution is needed because many people lie, or think they think something, get words and ideas tangled. So even if they actually do say something that's not a double your money back guarantee that they thought it. A good example is Donald Trump making jokes. Another is his hyperbole.
