You are right about the secondary. I misread the filing. It was an S-8 for 400,000 shares for stock compensation program. I also like this one.

I didn't understand your last statement, is that a reference to a company buyback in the stock. Thanks

Also, if you wouldn't mind, do you have any more picks and pans and any tips on where you get your ideas.. Your record is excellent and I wouldn't mind researching for myself additional picks. Currently I hold: dose, bev, oggi, shse, segu. I am evaluating, yum and gmh. I missed out on soi .

I am short ACRT, CCSI, Dell (ouch) and GTW (ouch). I am evaluating shorting AOL but don't know if I can stand the pain from some of the bulls.
