Patrick, Let me amend my prediction, please. .81 fully diluted Split, 2:1 vice 3:1. Split announcement by end of March. Although I think they would like to do a 3:1 based on current stock price, their option chain is already twice as long as any other company's. A 3:1 would make it virtually impossible to deal with or maintain an orderly market. As it is, if they split, we are going to end up with strikes on the quarter point. You'll be able to trade the DELL JAN 99 5s, 6 1/4s, 7 1/2s, 8 3/4s, 10s, etc. That's why I decided that they can't do a 3:1 or even 5:2. regards, 3.
