Wrong.

I replaced it with one more suited to my environment. Low water plants. I have non that need to be watered, they all survive quite well without watering.

> you take your 8 minute

Wrong,

My dad was on a submarine in WWII. They had 3 minutes once a week to shower if I remember correctly.

I get wet, my shower head has a toggle, I turn off the water, soap up, then turn the water on again. I use about 3 gallons and I flush with that water as I catch it in a cement mixing tub. I also catch my laundry and dishwashing water and reuse it. Its no biggie.

> We see ourselves as our species truly is, inconsequential in the bigger picture.

Does that include your children? Sounds rather nihilistic to me. I don't subscribe to nihilism even though I know we're small in the universe I choose to suspect we matter to each other. That's enough for me.

> How much reparations do I owe society :)

You don't owe anyone for wasting water. Nor do I think I'll save the world. I do it because I don't like hypocrisy and I do it for coming generations. I am not a hypocrite.

I also don't subscribe to reparations unless they are charged directly to those directly responsible.
