Do not spend your takeover dollars just yet.
This sound's like more hype than substance to me.

I sold this guy, because it stopped going up
in a rip-roaring market. Better places for
ones cash then this suddenly pedestrian fellow.

Dear All:

McCaw et al. are not going to give up the best wireless system in the world for chump change and 45 is chump change as soon as NXTL goes cash flow positive on operations. Now if they want to go to 100 they might listen as that number is probably 18-24 months out. But the dcf present value of 45 won't interest the big owners. They don't think like we do.
