I had a Big Si-Fi period.. MANY years ago.. and reading the Notebooks of Lazarus.. will certainly show that a Utopian paradise was NOT the goal.. but rather a combination of self reliance with a dash of altruism.. The exact stuff that makes humans dominant Maybe why I am so often caught between conservative and liberal viewpoints ... That's what happens when one thinks :) Bring on the next natural catastrophe,, we will not be dinosaurs :) we will survive
