Doren, I haven't seen the evidence, have you? I guess we'll see, but thus far it looks like a pretty weak charge. Even if the quality of evidence is strong, what's going to result from it? Maybe a slap on the wrist? I will say most defendants are too poor to afford a fair defense. Hardly relevant, since the case revolves around hush money that amounted to six figures. Anyone who can afford that just to cover up an affair with a porn star can easily afford some expensive legal counsel. Judge: "So, why are you requesting a public defender?" Defendant: "Because I blew all of my money on the porn star, Your Honor." Tenchusatsu
