I can believe that.. Have said before when trailoring across US was a great experience .. FEW bad experiences and no more so than in my own country ... .. I hitched a lot in my youth in Canada.. NP .. OTOH when I had an account in the US in my first SW job .. Greensboro NC.. had a lot of issues.. but that was granted 35 years ago

an absolutely GREAT experience when we busted a wheel outside of Yellowstone .. Cody .. stereotypical cowboy name .. young guy stopped.. helped us out of the ditch so to speak (One of my lines) .. forever indebted .. hope his life went well :0) he was a Good Knight .. AND a GREAT ambassador for ALL Americans

BTW my son full Chinese adopted from China got along great with Cody .. they became pals

When I was young ,, spent a lot of time skiing in lake Placid (Whiteface great hill) and Jay Peak Vermont... another Great hill... it was just like home in those places.. have said this before.. things have changed though
