A friend mentioned that he heard an Iomega commercial yesterday. He recounted about 2/3 of it and said it was for Jaz. That's pretty good after 1 listening I think. He said he liked it and was chuckling when he "replayed" it for me. Some gal named Lois who is a loser, she's been doing better though, handn't lost anything in 3 days, the last thing she lost was her car. Some guy named Louis, he lost 500 Megabytes of data, couldn't find it under the sofa cushions... My friend couldn't remember the 3rd character.

Spank, you are right. I would think the judge's decision would be made in open court with lawyers from both sides present. Hummmm, wonder if it pays to call the court and get the info first hand??? However, I doubt that the press release is false or misleading. Has IOM IR released anything on the ruling?
