Wharfie, African Americans are arrested for violating marijuana possession laws at nearly four times the rates of whites, yet both ethnicities consume marijuana at roughly the same rates. You think some white kid in suburbia is going to smoke weed the same way as some gangbanger in the hood? Those are the kinds of comparisons that the "woke" use to prove that systemic racism exists. It completely removes personal responsibility, makes disadvantaged minorities blame everyone else but themselves for their own problems, and condemns all whites (and by "alignment" Asians) for problems that they did not create.
