*OT* Ed Ed, son of son of Ed Ed: (sorry, had to do it) take the book one page at a time, and keep a dictionary handy. I had some trouble with it at first, too. It's not simple but it's not impossible. PM me if you get snagged. I had a conversation with a good friend last night who described TA as "voodoo". I was laughing but he was serious, and he has a PHD in Quantum Physics. A tough opponent! Here's what I know: I picked ASND on the fundamentals. I use TA for entry and exit points. Using TA I got my ASND common for a basis of 24 1/2, (target using TA is 51) and my most recent options trade was Mar 25 calls bought last month (using TA) at 3 and sold yesterday (using TA) at 10. He's more than welcome to his opinion, (lots of people share it and that is fine with me) but if I can hit like that about half the time using TA, I'll take it with large fries and a coke. pete
