Daniel -- Re the following ERICY news release ---

biz.yahoo.com
"Ericsson Inc. Creates Network Solutions, a Division Dedicated to Internet
Products and Services

Jan-Anders Dalenstam to Head Ericsson's New Division

RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1998-- Ericsson Inc. has created Network Solutions, a new division
dedicated to securing the company's role as a leader in the Internet industry. The new division will provide network solutions
focusing on IP-based applications and services for carrier class networks. "

Do you have any idea ---who might be partnering with Ericsson in the Richardson TX area ??,

Regards,

Daniel- The interesting thing for both our companies with be how soon and how much ericy will have to pay qcom to "un-vaporware" its w-cdma. We haven't seen any denials from any GSM players that they will have to pay for qcoms IPR have we? I wonder how long ericy will wait, before, during, or after they lose to qcom in court in October 98.
