I believe they are putting forth their best effort, after all everyone
wants to make a few dollars, even board directors <G>. My head
is a little fuzzy this morning I saw the Rolling Stones show last night.
After all these years they still have it, it's kind of a comfort.

Folks, I have worked in the systems and programming business for 17 years. I know companies have been working on the Y2K problem since at least 1985. Software companies especially. You have followed a company that has good fundementals and a great future. Be patient. Good this come to those who wait.
