Thank you for directing me to this board. Oh, my! So many familiar names. Tim was special. It has become rare to find a reasoned discussion about actual ideas. Never once was Tim less than thoughtful and perfectly civil. Tim and Neocon were buddies and I reaped the benefit of engaging with the pair in their heyday. It would not be too much to say that I loved them both just for being who they were. So sad.
