The Star Wars Trilogy sold rights to make the toys to Hasbro and Galoob.....in fact thats why Galoob stock has tanked, they gave away the farm to get the license.

I've seen some references here to Radica not getting Star Wars toys, that HAS/Tiger would have them. Actually, GAL (Galoob) already has rights to the future Star Wars trilogy, although there was a question this morning on that board whether they just have the smaller items and someone else the bigger toys.

Here is the story about Galoob that mentions "small-scale toys."
biz.yahoo.com (oct 29)

And here is the Hasbro release about "exclusive right to make certain Star Wars toys and games" for the upcoming prequels, "including electronic hand-held games".

It would appear that Hasbro's rights aren't so exclusive after all. But the Galoob release says nothing about electronic games.

Does anyone have a TA angle on this stock in the coming week or weeks?
