Set up tent communities there and provide services like garbage, showers, drug treatment, etc. Totally clueless white white collar spoiled NIMBY. Your idiotic clueless solutions: 1) Put them in SOMEONE ELSES neighborhood... selfish clueless NIMBYism. 2) All the services, like those run by the LA shelter are downtown, same in all cities. Instead of complaining why don't you do something for someone EXCEPT your selfish self?
