shares held by the Mathers Fund and other advisory accounts of Mathers. Mr Van der Eb is also the Chairman and a Director of the Mathers Fund.

Reporting that they own more than 5% of company shares, as required. In this case the aggregate is 3.4 million shares at 14% of SYCR outstanding. Voting shares of 2+ million or 9%.
