Hi Franklin,

You have asked how a "market on close" order for 9800 shares could trade at 20.875 when the "bid" was 21.

Simple answer, sir. The bid at 21 was for a nominal amount of shares. If memory serves, either 500 or 1000. It was inadequate to absorb what was being sold.
