Looking for quick boost this month when earnings announced, with acquisition announcements following. Analyst reports have the common stock going to $15 by end of year. The play here though is the preferred stock, which has the 1.4375:1 conversion feature in March 1999. With the common (QUST) sitting here at 7 1/2, the preferred (QUSTP) should be selling about 1.4375 time that, or about 10 3/4. So it is selling at a discount to its intrinsic value, which is why the CEO and other insiders have been buying it. If the common does go to $15 (according to JW Charles and Ladenburg Thalmann analyst reports), the preferred would be worth $21 1/2. Great fundamentals, small float.
