The lockdowns on a global scale were a planned act of sabotage, arranged by criminals out to destroy the global economy. Why? I don't know, you will have to ask them.

This lead to the next criminal act, the massive stimulus spending. The outcome at that point was obvious.

Regarding 2008, that was never fixed, it was swept under the carpet. Nothing got fixed. Eventually this lead to the 2023 crisis. It would have occurred earlier, but the planned Covid debacle pushed it out a little.
