Pierre: I think we have seen the low for now on this stock. 7 5/8 will be as far as it goes down. Monday the monetary system will be changed for the better, at least on the surface. This will bode well for TLK and all other ASIAN stocks. If you want to get in I would get in around 3:30 PM EST today as Tuesday, it will gap up. Monday will be a good day in Jarkata. The riots will be over and the IMF will open their cauffers and the money will flow in.

Parity for the stock is around $7 so we should get there today. What worries me is that the Rupiah has started falling through the floor. This is normally good for TLK as the stock seems to rise in local currency terms more than the fall in the currency - don't ask me why.
What worries me at the moment though is that Indonesia is meant to be going for a currency board on Monday. If they are going to do this then the currency should be strengthening as they will fix it at 5000. If they can't put the currency board together then they will have no more options left. In this scenario the Rupiah will head straight toward 20,000 and beyond. This would be GAME OVER for Indonesia for the rest of this century at least.
