I disagree with you on this one. If IFMX goes private, the employees have more to gain. I work for the largest software company in the country, we all know who it is. I've heard rumors regarding a buyout of IFMX for about 3 months now. I think the stock is very cheap considering what's going on or I should say what could happen. I do see the stock edging up to the middle to low teens soon. Good Luck Everyone.

By going private, the company is merely waiting for a later time to go public again but with better valuation. The employees are still motivated, looking forward to the usually lucrative IPO.
