The Bill of Rights says that the government shall make no laws. It doesn't say that Individuals can't make laws. Editors get letters they don't print, publishers get manuscripts they don't print (the Trump Grand Jury is hearing about how Pecker stood up for Trump by killing stories), and, more recently, talk radio doesn't put every caller on the air. Social media can make rules; in fact, I'm looking at SI's while I write this.

"Musk promised he would make Twitter more like a public square,"
Public squares call the cops when biker gangs show up and disrupt everything.
