HI Margaret, Congratulations on the class you are going to give on cruciferous veggies. We eat at least one a day, gassy but definitely cancer retardant. Brocolli, Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower are the more notable ones. I have lots of info on this if I can locate it, at the moment I am surrounded by investment info and political stuff (I am running for political office this November and getting petitions signed).
