I am finished buying T-Bills. I expect a huge chunk to mature in a few days and will put it back into stocks on the long side:
My T-Bills will be starting to mature in a couple of weeks, with good chunks at the end of April.

I'm currently in the process of moving money from a rollover IRA money market account into fixed income and equities.

For the fixed income portion, I've been using T-Bills for the most part, with a few 2- and 3-year T-Notes. The past couple of days, I've purchased 12-18 month CDs because they offered interest rates higher than the Treasuries. Today's purchase was a 12-month CD for 5.10%; yesterday it was an 18-month CD for 5.25%. For the fixed income portion, I'd like to extend my durations a little, but only if the intermediate term rates move up a little from here.

For the equities portion, so far, I've been sticking with VTI for this account, purchased over the past couple of weeks. I'll probably continue by adding a couple of sector ETFs or dividend growth/high yield ETFs. I have other accounts for individual stocks.

Best wishes,

I2
