It is important to remember that what you are stating is mere conjecture. You have no idea why he sold. Maybe the wife demanded a new house or the kid needed expensive rehab, or both...

That's illustrates why I pretty well ignore insider sales as an indicator; you have no way of knowing why they were done. Insider buys, on the other hand, are a useful indicator because you know exactly why they were done, in anticipation of higher share prices to come.

As I mentioned before, I remain worried by the level of receivables relative to cash and to sales. The ratio appear to be inadequate. But, we do not have enough info to evaluate the situation and I am no expert in that domain. Anyway, that was enough for me to sell most of my shares months ago. I will monitor the situation and maybe buy again.
