The video showed that prosecutors withheld exculpatory evidence and that is the basis of his appeal. He has a new legal team.

And frankly, I don't know what his behavior was in prison. Do you know for a fact he was released early for good behavior, or are you just speculating?

Also, we all know the justice dept and courts can't actually move that fast. There wasn't even a hearing to discuss the video.

But I liked crediting Tucker because you all hate him for telling the truth. -g-
