Wharfie, That means you should actually wait to see what she says. She already said it, and this was in response to a question that directly related to the Jasper Wu case. She could publicly take back what she said, or at least clarify that in this particular case jail time will be pursued, but she hasn't yet. Meanwhile, on a different case, Oakland PD just arrested four perps who are suspected in a long string of assaults and robberies. Very few people trust that the Alameda County DA will actually do her fsckin' job ... Tenchusatsu
