To all: About WARRANTS - 3/14/98 is da d„!

From Intels website:

Intel issued 80 million (adjusted for stock splits and distributions) 1998 Step-Up Warrants (Nasdaq: INTCW) in 1993. Upon exercise, each Step-Up Warrant permits the holder to buy a share of Intel Common Stock at an exercise price of $20.875 per share. As of December 27, 1997, approximately 2 million Step-Up Warrants had been exercised, and approximately 78 million Step-Up Warrants remained outstanding. The Step-Up Warrants expire on March 14, 1998. Because this date is a Saturday, the exercise of Step-Up Warrants will need to be completed by 5 p.m. New York time on March 13, 1998. If the Step-Up Warrants are not exercised before this time, the Step-Up Warrants will expire and have no value. The last day to buy or sell the Step-Up Warrants on Nasdaq is their last day of trading, Tuesday, March 10, 1998.

DJ - Thanks for the "welcome home". It feels as if I have been away for ever. At present I have no positions or opinions on anything other than to say that I wish Paris had a good Mexican food restaurant.

All is well in the land of the frozen north, and Paris is unseasonably warm right now, with blue skies - so it is difficult to sit at the console and play stock market (as you can imagine) when one can sit at the cafe, drink cheap wine and smoke expensive cigarettes sans angst.

What have you been up to ?
