Mr. Pink, Regarding the Smell Test, do you see this as an external issue that could bring down ACRT. Specifically, I want to know what recourse Israel has in this matter. Are extradition procedures in order, such as those used when pursuing war crimes, or are they limited to recovering the two million bucks, or whatever the financial judgement is in this matter. If the only physical penalty is recovering the cash, then this seems to not be a real factor in the balance sheet. The only issue remaining would be the issue of character, which as you have pointed out on numerous occasions, is no small matter.
