Mr Pink

Scott here individual investor...

They seem to be burning a great deal of cash will they be funded by someone or will HIS track record slow the line of credit?

They did not mention the name of the bank only called it a major bank do you have an idea of who it is?

From report.... During June, 1997, Capital secured an additional credit facility from a major
US bank, in the amount of $3 Million. At December 31, 1997 this facility
remained unused and management is now negotiating to extend and expand the
credit facility. If these negotiations are successful, this facility will be
available to finance the continued purchase of TADs by Capital from its
customers in much the same manner as its other existing bank facility.

About 3 months ago ACRT had a press release annoucing the opening of an of an office in Salt Lake City ( just happens to be my home town). I thought this to be a little odd being that this was there first branch office to open. Don't get me wrong I love Salt Lake City but its not your world capital of high finance. Why not chicago or LA. Well didnt think much about it until 2 days ago after all of this recent hype about ACRT. I looked up the 10Q report and found that they were paying a HUGE $326.00 per month for this office in Salt Lake. Well were no Manhattan but you don't get much of an office office for $326.00 per month. Well I thought I would go check this place out so I called information for the phone number. DISCONNETED!!!!!! Well I called the ACRT office in New York and asked the secretary do you have an office in Salt Lake and she yells accross the room to someone else and the answer comes back YES WE DO!!!
I find this very odd and wonder how many of the other offices just announced to open might just end up the same.

SINCERLEY

DISGRUNTLED IN SALT LAKE!!!
