I tell you, you couldn't get more publicity this way if you paid for it. If BAAT is good, this may get the interest of folks in line with "the little guy with a great idea, battling for survival". This could be very interesting.

This is a very big story on BAT. Take it seriously folks. BAT could be in trouble, if nothing else, it will be paying more attention to answering SEC concerns than getting new contracts for the near term. Expect BAAT to go lower, its now about 75 cents. It will be much cheaper in the next few days. You can always buy it back! I'd be thinking real hard about my position in BAT if I owned any.

TO ALL: I just spoke to Ben Sullivan at the Daily News, and he confirmed that the S.E.C./BAAT article is indeed in today's edition. BAAT has been supoenaed to provide records and documents. THIS IS NOT UNUSUAL FOR A CO. THAT HAS TRADED WITH SUCH VOLATILITY AND VOLUME. And furthermore, BAAT has been convicted of nothing. The SEC just wants to know that BAAT is on the level. Time will tell, the ball is in the Batcave. Regard's, KC.
