Mr. Pink,

Do you know the nature of the Air Conditioning business? Do they sell new units or are they involved in the more lucrative overhaul and repair aspects? If it is a marketing business, do they finance any transactions through the TAD division?

I have made the assumption that ACRT deals with A/Cs for large commercial applications. I think the window A/C business is controlled by the household appliance manufacturers.

Thanks for your insight.

Do you think that a link-up with Copytele would be a match made in heaven?

I see a lot of synergy. COPY has been secretly working on their flat panel display for 16 years, and now has distributor agreements with third world countries for $300 million. They seem to be stalled. Perhaps this is the kind of thing that a TAD could fix.

Jeffry, Clemnza , Mr. Pink

Yesterday at the conference call, I liked your third question about the tad'ss and oh wait............you weren't at the conference call. Don't give me no BS about a representative.

My question was third. John Chew was there Louis Roller, Karl Reeves, and 2 institutions, along with other individual investors!

Mr. Pink, I spoke with Summit Bank. They said that the credit line expired. It is being renegotiated for a larger line at lower cost.

Who did you speak to there?

Let us compare notes.
