mike, that is what I fear no matter the size of the loss it will be called the bottom and Mu will benefit from the problems in SEA. Not that I believe it but I suspect they will be effective with this story. Have you seen the stories of S Korean courts saying SK banks due not have to honor it's contractual obligations pursuant to a derivatives contract with JP Morgan. The latest Richebacher raised the issue of solvency and willingness to pay for the major losers in SEA derivatives. I suspect we shall see more of this tough love for the derivatives players. Mike
