I don't see BCMD going "under" at any time in the near future, and hopefully not ever (from a selfish viewpoint). Especially with all the assistance they are receiving from Sterling.

What's happening is happening, for whatever reason(s), but what has me most concerned is the possible sanction by Nasdaq. Realistically, just HOW BAD would that be, if they were delisted. Can we get some kind of discussion going on that possibility? How might BCMD react to that? Are we in for a reverse split on the horizon?

that is going to be trading well over a dollar this year
its HNLY, book value 2.50 and its currently at its 52wk
low of .24-.25, news coming end of feb and it was just
picked as the top 1998 pick by the bull and bear.
